Overall very good condition. The piece presents with superficial soiling and wear, commensurate with age and use. The teak structure with scattered minor scratches, stains, nicks and minor losses along some edges as expected from gentle use and handling. One minor loss to a corner near a joint. The cane seat has been historically replaced and presents with very minor tears and discoloration areas, not detracting to the overall appearance. The piece presents well, ready for display and use.
