The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition with a few light surface scratches commensurate with age and handling. The glazed surfaces present with a few scattered minute inclusions, including one along the upper body of the vase (approximately ¹⁄₄ in.), and surface irregularities, such as those along the lower body of the vase, inherent in the making. The mouth rim with minor historic edge chips (largest ¹⁄₄ in.), only visible upon close inspection. This lot has been inspected under UV light and presents no evidence of prior restoration. Presents well and ready for display.
