The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition. With very minor superficial soiling and wear commensurate with age and use. The alabaster with natural veining and fissures, some slightly discolored as to be expected. With scattered minor surface scratches, small nicks and minor soiling to the recessed areas. The chromed metal with very faint surface scratches and the occasional minute nick. The marble with naturally occuring fissures including some surface-reaching. The square edges with the occasional very minor polished chip. The wood bases with several age cracks, minor surface scratches and light staining.
