The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition of impressive scale. The glass presents with very few minute inclusions and scattered air bubbles, inherent in the making and only visible upon very close inspection. The glass vessels with a few scattered faint scratches, only visible upon very close inspection, including one vase (25³⁄₄ in. high) with an S-shaped scratch along the top of the neck (approximately ¹⁄₂ in.) and a minor area (1 x 1¹⁄₂ in.) of minute hairline scratches along the midbody; and one vase (28⁷⁄₈ in. high) with a minor area along the lower quadrant with scattered minute surface abrasions and minute edge nicks to the footrim, not visually distracting. With an illuminated presentation frame.

Please note that while the lighting of the presentation frame appears to be in working condition, Christie’s does not guarantee the functionality of the electrical components or condition of the frame. The frame is not currently wired for the US and will need an adapter.
