The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The board is structurally sound. There are no apparent condition issues.
Ultra-violet: when examined under ultra-violet light, there are a few areas that fluoresce that indicate retouching (upper left in the sky, upper right quadrant in the sky, upper right quadrant along the upper edge, in places to the figure of the woman and the tray in the left).
Not examined out of the frame. The paper is laid down and securely attached to its supporting medium. There are three pinpoint white spots in places that are inherent to the surface of the medium. There are no apparent condition issues.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work is in generally good condition.
