The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is securely held within its window mount. There are soft creases to the right vertical edge and to the lower left corner, covered by the window mount, and a soft crease to the upper right corner. There are scattered pinpoint accretions, most visible to the left of the lower horizontal edge. There is slight foxing, predominantly to the upper horizontal edge. There are media splashes, the most visible being the yellow mark to the lower right corner, covered by the window mount and presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There are some handling marks in places, the most visible being the mark to the upper right corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
