The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work has been inspected inside the frame, and therefore back and sides could not be checked.
Canvas is clear and taut and in very good condition.
A negligible smudge observed on the upper right edge, which is part of the original creation. Otherwise, paint layer is very good condition and colours are fresh and vibrant.
When examined under UV light, no retouching is apparent.
Overall, it is in our opinion that the work is in very good condition.
