Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work was inspected inside its frame, therefore the back of the work cannot be checked due to its framing status. Paper, including edges, are observed to be slightly undulated, but do not affect the overall appreciation of the work. Creases observed on the left and middle part, which is consistent with the artist’s chosen medium. Otherwise, paper is in good condition with no holes or tears. Paint layer is in very good condition, and colours are fresh and vibrant. Overall, it is in our opinion that the work is in good condition.
