The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Both works were inspected inside their frames, therefore the back of the works could not be checked due to their framing status.
A Pink Sky and Groups of Houses: Negligible dirt marks observed on the upper right quadrant of the work, which do not affect the overall appreciation of the work. Otherwise, paper is in good condition with no holes, tears or creases.
Untitled: Paper is in very good condition with no holes, tears or creases.
Colours are fresh and vibrant.
Overall, it is in our opinion that both works are in good condition.
