The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Portrait of Lady: very light staining along the upper and right edge. Negligible paper scratches can be observed along the upper edge, and one at the center of the left edge, probably due to framing method. Otherwise, it is our opinion that the work is in good condition.

Two Young Girls:Light creases in the lower right quadrant. Negligible scratch on the surface of the silk at the center of the composition. A few stains can be observed on the girl on the left. Otherwise it is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
