The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. The paper collage elements appear to adhere well to their underlying support. There are losses to the paper to the upper right corner and upper horizontal edge. There is slight undulation to the paper in the lower left corner. There is some slight lifting and repaired tears to the centre of the right vertical edge There are creases and inconsistencies in places throughout the composition, presumably in keeping with the artist’s working method. Subject to the foregoing it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
