The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in the upper corners on its reverse to the window mount. The sheet undulates slightly. There is an artist's pinhole with minor discolouration to the upper left corner and some pinpoint losses to the extreme edges. There is a linear crease above the lower horizontal edge. There are some pinpoint spots of foxing to the white passages in the composition. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
