The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet is securely held in its window mount. The edges of the sheet are covered by its window mount, with the exception of right half of the upper horizontal edge. There is a crease to the upper right corner. The sheet undulates slightly. There is a minor loss to the red impasto peak right of centre of the composition. There are tears and lifting paper collage, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
