The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Examined out of frame. The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its window mount. The sheet undulates slightly with associated minor creases to the lower half and centre of the composition. There is some rubbing to the extreme edges. There are five minor tears to the upper corners, lower right corner and to the right and left extreme vertical edges. There is some minor skinning to the left vertical edge. There are some minor accretions to the lower right quadrant of the composition. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
