The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There are minor handling marks and surface inconsistencies in places. There are some minor spots of oxidization to the back of the chair and further oxidization to the crevice of the H in the Heech. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
