The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. Gelatin silver print on semi-gloss paper. There are some superficial abrasions in places. There are pinpoint spots of retouching and larger linear spots of retouching to the black background in the upper half of the composition, presumably by the printer. There are no other condition issues. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition. Sold framed.
