Majorette

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Brush and ink and black crayon on wove paper. Attached to the mount in places at the reverse of the sheet. Slight undulation of the sheet with some associated creases, most notably towards the centre-right, upper-left and lower-centre edges. Three short tears (the longest approx. 1.8 cm.) at the extreme upper-centre, lower-centre and lower-left edges. Minor mount-staining and a few small unobtrusive spots of discolouration and possible studio stains in places. The ink and crayon fresh throughout. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
