The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue description:
- with wide margins, presumably the full sheet
- the adhesive on the surface approx. 40 mm. in length just to the right of the star at upper right.
- the inky finger mark at upper centre at the sheet edge.
- some soft creasing in places in the margins and at the sheet corners.
- a few other inky finger marks and some minor surface dirt in the margins.
Otherwise as described in the catalogue and generally in good condition.
