The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge above and below
- a short very pale stray of blue pigment on the cross at left
- some pale pinpoint stains at the right sheet edge
- a few very soft and unobtrusive handling creases in the left and upper left margins
