The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue description:
- the full sheets, with light- and mount staining
- each with soft handling creases and the occasional pale pinpoint foxmark in the margins, the left panel with occasional surface dirt at the left sheet edge on the reverse
- the left and right panel with a horizontal adhesive strip along the upper margin on the front, the centre panel with one at the upper sheet edge on the reverse, each panel with adhesive hinges at the sheet edges on the reverse in places
Otherwise as described in the catalogue and in good condition, each framed.
