The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- inscribed in pencil by the author on the reverse Je ris merveilleusement avec toi. Voila' la chance unique. R.C. L.A.
- with wide margins, possibly the full sheet, a deckle edge at right
- the sheet slightly toned, pale time staining at the extreme sheet edges, pale backboard staining
- occasional traces of yellow printing ink in places
- a very short nick at the upper sheet edge (2 mm.), minor creases at the extreme upper sheet edge
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
