The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- (Arntz 283-292)Arntz 285 bearing the pencil signature, each sheet with margins, each sheet with pale time staining at the sheet edges, three with a moisture stain at the upper edges, the sheets displayed in two frames, with five each

- Arntz 279, partial deckle edge above and below, some pale stains along the margins, some soft cockling and minor creasing in places, a pinpoint scuff, hinged to the mount at the upper sheet edges on the reverse, framed.

- Arntz 293, pale scattered foxmarks along the margins and occasionally showing in the white, some cockling and soft creasing in places, some surface soiling, with remains of adhesive on the reverse, framed.

- Untitled, deckle edge above and below, some light-staining, some creasing, remains of old hinges at upper corners on the reverse, framed
