The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge at right
- pale mount staining, with associated tiny pinpoint stains, very pale backboard staining
- some soft, short creases in places, a flattened fold at the lower left corner, some handling creases and tiny dents along the sheet edges in places
- remains of old adhesive tape in three corners and at the left sheet edge on the reverse
Otherwise as described and in good condition, framed.
