The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the full sheet
- with very pale mount staining, probably the sheet has been very skilfully cleaned by a professional conservator in the past (some staining slightly visible under a raking light)
- remains of previous hinging tape along the sheet edges on the reverse
Otherwise as described and in good condition, framed.
