The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- the full sheets, with a deckle edge above and below
- some cockling at the sheet edges
- a few plates with very minor and unobtrusive pinpoint stains and surface dirt
- some very pale staining in the portfolio inside front cover and paper wrappers
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
