The case with age and construction cracks as expected. The veneer with some scattered minor abrasions, losses and repair; predominantly along the top and at the feet. The lower undertier with a large split running the length of the shelf, with associated infill. The ormolu mounts largely later, as stated in the cataloging, and now with some minor tarnish and surface dirt. The marble top with some minor 'nibbling' to back edges. Lacking key. Good overall condition, presents well.
