The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is a thin layer of surface dirt. There is slight lift at the base of the metal ribbon. There are a few spots of rust in places mainly on the sides and the ribbon entities. There are a few accretions and losses in places mainly to the lower metal ribbon entity and the rim of the base. There is a minor loss to the edge of the upper ribbon. Subject to the foregoing it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
