The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Stone, unique. The work is composed of one integral stone element. There are some natural imperfections to the surface of the stone which are inherent. On close inspection, there are some faint scuffs to the left side of the front face, and the occasional faint scuff in scattered areas. Under close examination, there are a few faint surface scratches visible on the reverse and left edge. There is some very minor surface dirt. Subject to the above, this work appears to be in very good overall condition.
