The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- pale light-staining overall.
- two light brown marks in the lower left corner and a few other, paler marks at the upper left sheet edge.
- very pale pinpoint foxing across the sheet.
- pale backboard-staining near the upper sheet edge, with scattered pale brown fox marks and a few other pale marks verso.
