The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

gouache, pastel and charcoal on paper. Examined within the frame behind glass. The edges of the sheet appear to be uneven, barely visible when framed. There are artist’s pin holes in the upper corners. On close inspection, there is a small tear in the upper left corner. There are some handling marks in scattered areas that appear to be inherent to the work, and that are therefore contemporary to the time of execution. There is some minor surface dirt. Subject to the above, this work appears to be in very good condition.
