The work is structurally sound. There is a thin layer of surface dust. There is rust in places with a few associated paint losses. There are a few hairline scratches in places, most noticeably to the triangular leg. There is a minor accretion to the middle square. Subject to the foregoing it is our view that the work is in good condition.
