The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There are water stains and faint lines of rubbing in places. There is an accretion to the top right of the work and in places to the reverse of the work. There is staining and scratching to the underside of the work in keeping with the method of installation. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
