The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Generally in good condition with signs commensurate with age, noting indentations to the recto and bumped corners. Fingerprints can be seen in raking light and there is a slight clouding to the top of the image. There is a slight residue in places, namely the bottom right and top left. The verso has a substantial water stain, with blue, yellow and brown discolouration. There is erratum present as well as another stamp however none of these factors affect the legibility of the NASA caption.
