The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall very good condition with signs in keeping with the age of the print, noting fingerprints on the top left and the right margin. The corners and margins are slightly bumped. 2mm from the border of the image there is a slight texture present but this is unlikely to be visible once framed. The verso is in excellent condition.
