Gemini – 4 Earth-sky view – This photograph shows a portion of the western shore of the Red Sea as seen from the Gemini-4 spacecraft during orbital flight of the earth on June 3-7, 1965. North is in the opposite corner of the photograph from the S-65 number. The picture was made with a modified 70mm Hasselblad camera, using Eastman Colour, ASA 64 at a lens setting of 250th of a second at f/11. Dr. Paul Lowman Jr., NASA geologist, was in charge of the Synoptic Terrain Photography.
