Overall in good condition with indentations on the surface of the recto and corners previously folded. There is a splatter stain on the margin however if framed without the margins, this is likely not to be seen. The verso is also in good condition with a small area of erratum and the NASA MSC caption is very faint in one area however it is still legible.
