Comprising: a commemorative parcel-gilt silver and cut-glass storm lantern issued by the Dean and Chapter of York following the Great Fire of 9th July 1984, by Hector Miller, London, 1988, two silver-mounted cut-glass scent bottles, both by Syner & Beddoes, one Chester, one Birmingham, both 1905; a continental askos-form jug, 20th century; a silver and enamel circular box, Edinburgh, 1981; a parcel-gilt silver pot pourri bowl with pierced cover surmounted by a lion-supported shield bearing the letter ‘E’, inscribed with dates ‘1926 * 1986’ to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s 60th birthday, by Hector Miller, London, 1986, 70/250; and a presentation cut-glass silver-mounted sugar bowl and spoon, apparently unmarked
