The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. In addition to the catalogue description, the full sheet, framed, minor rubbing along the sheet edges (with associated surface soiling), very pale moisture staining of around 16.5 cm in the lower right corner.
