The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.


It in in our opinion that the work is in fair condition. The work is heavily cast. The base was inspected and is structurally sound. One of the two screws fixing the bronze part to the marble base is missing. Faint abrasions could be observed around the area of the missing screw on the base. Minor scratches and abrasions, sometimes associated with stable and tiny material losses on the marble base and the bronze sculpture scatter occasionally. White circular marks scatter on the surface of the bronze sculpture.
