The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in generally good condition. The work is inspected inside the frame, sides and back cannot be checked due to the framing status. Minor surface dust. Minor paper and fibre adhesion in the lower left corner. Several spots of negligible pinpoint paint losses scattered mainly on the upper part, lower part and extreme margins. Negligible abrasions on the extreme margins. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shown.
