The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Vertical marks along left edge. Small spots of marks scatter very occasionally. Pinpoint abrasions scatter occasionally on paint surface. Faint scratches scatter occasionally. Slightly abraded corners and sides. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shows.
