The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Slightly dusty and dirty surface. Slightly abraded corners and edges. Pinpoint paint losses scatter occasionally on paint surface and along the edges. Stable and minor hairline cracks could be observed upon very close inspection on the impasto areas. When examined under UV light, no apparent retouching shows.
