The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the works are in very good condition. The sheets are complete without tear. The 'smiling tree' is checked within frame and acrylic cover, the reverse thus cannot be checked. Very faint scratch lines on the dark paint area on 'Plastic Country' that can only be seen under raking light.
