The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work in in overall very good condition. The painting was inspected within its frame, therefore the sides and the back cannot be checked. There are negligible cracks that are consistent with the natural aging process of the artist’s chosen media. When examined under UV light, there are no signs of inpainting.
