The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the overall condition is fair. Minor abrasions to the sides and corners, with some associated with paint losses and hairline cracks. Slight discolouration to the edges of the work. Faint dots of yellow stains on the upper and lower parts of the white painted area of the work. Minor and stable puncture near the lower middle edge. A few light scratches on the right side of the work. When examined under UV light, there are no signs of inpainting.
