The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. The work was inspected within its frame, therefore the sides and back cannot be checked. There are negligible impression marks due to the framing method, only visible under raking light. There is a minor crease on the lower edge.
