The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i) In the Morning
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected within its frame. A few faint foxing dots on the artwork and on the framing paper.
(ii) 5 DROP-green in the morning
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Slight discoloration to the artwork. The edges are deckled, which is presumably part of the
original condition.
