A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition. The work is examined within its frame and acrylic cover, the reverse thus could not be checked. The sheet is slightly undulated. One tiny tear to the right of the extreme upper edge. One minute dent to the upper right edge. One negligible abrasion to the right of the extreme lower edge, only visible upon close inspection. When examined under ultraviolet light, there's no signs of inpainting.
