It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Slightly abraded sides and corners. Pinpoint paint loss on upper edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, no apparent retouching shows.
