The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. Minute surface material loss to the figure's proper right arm, which is natural to the design of the sculpture. Pinpoint paint chip to the tip of the figure's tail. Faint surface scratch to the top of the figure's head and to the bottom of the larger grey scull sculpture, both of which are visible only under raking light. When inspected under UV light, there are no signs of retouching.
